Growing pains are difficult for all of us as human beings, as instructors, and as students. As an instructor, ask yourself and your students, “How can I change? How can I become better? What can I do to make my desire become my reality?” If doubts and insecurities arise, recognize them and push them aside. They are only time trials on your road to success! Your desire is to be better and your will to succeed will take you the rest of the way.
