I took you up on your suggestion Jennifer. I am new to the Indoor Cycling Instructor moniker, 7 months into having a regular class two days a week, but I have been taking classes for quite a few years. I have a class plan for the next 7 weeks to get everyone ready for the summer based on Speed-skill,
Endurance and Force and how they apply to cycling. The final week is with hills will be a good time to use the Out of The Saddle Upheaval – Exhale.

Jennifer, I paid 1 cent for the CD and 4 dollars for the shipping from Europe (took a while to get to Colorado). The CD is in great shape. I’ve used Exhale twice as you suggested and have a third hill planned for a class on June 14. It worked out great.

Great to know! Glad you enjoyed it. I think I’m going to write a blog post about searching for great cds like this on Amazon or eBay or other sources, some of them can be bought for so little! I’ve purchased a few classics for $10 or $20, but they’ve been worth it.
