The Definitive Guide to Holiday Gift Ideas for Indoor Cycling Instructors

Are you a rider looking to shower your indoor cycling instructor with a little holiday cheer this season? Or maybe you’re the significant other of an instructor and want to surprise your sweetheart with something special for their passion for teaching?

Perhaps you are a group fitness director looking for gifts for your instructor staff?

Well, ’tis the season for finding the perfect gift!

We’ve compiled a few of our favorite gift ideas for indoor cycling instructors to make holiday shopping easier. We are a little biased, perhaps, but we seriously think the first one on the list can’t be beat. In fact, as I was preparing this list, I asked several indoor cycling forums for ideas and many of them suggested an ICA membership would be among the most helpful gifts an instructor could receive! I agree, however, that it might be a little hard to wrap! 😉

I did not see any gift I don’t already have nor any gift I really need. However, one thing I would like have is a DVDs I can play in the indoor cycling class I instruct, the subject being a full class starting with the warm up and then 14 or 17 different movements along with good appropriate music. Many of my participants complain the the DVD I have, many form Epic rides are too boring. I do have one DVD provided by Keriser bikes, narrated by Gene Nacy, about power Watts, and proper bike set up. DVDs on Heart rate training would be nice, if available.
