We filmed this when I made a guest appearance at the Cycling Fusion headquarters in February 2012 and I used the product for the very first time. Yes, I learned it that day and used it in a class that evening that was being filmed and streamed LIVE over the internet! Talk about stress….but it worked beauitfully.
