The holidays are quickly approaching and we wanted to share our favorite holiday profiles with you now, so you have ample time to enjoy them with your students.
If you want to change out some of the tracks (or to create your own), make sure to follow the ICA Holiday bucket playlist on Spotify.
Holiday Calorie Burner Holiday Profile
Our first profile is our holiday calorie burner which serves a few purposes: to have fun, reduce stress, and burn off the holiday treats. It’s crazy and exciting, and will really torch some calories. Just make sure you encourage everyone to do a recovery ride the next day—high-intensity, anaerobic exercise the following day is not recommended.
The playlist for the profile can be found here.
Let us know how your class liked these holiday profiles! Happy Holidays!
Hi there. I like the profile Holiday calorie and Stress burner but can’t find the Lonely Siberian Winter Mashup Song by DJ Mashup anywhere. Any ideas where one might find this?

As the authof of Ridin’ for Rudolph, I retained editorial rights to update it as I see fit. I saw fit this year, modifying the section coming out of the North Pole to deliver presents in NY. I simply edited down the Bootsy Collins song and inserted a song by Julian Casablancas of The Strokes: https://open.spotify.com/track/1rpBhDKKyeyog3m1AQIxrJ
The modified track listing is:
Song #6 – Christmas in Hollis, Run D.M.C., 95 bpm, 2:46
Song #7 – Happy Hollidaze, Bootsy Collins featuring Snoop Dogg, 100 bpm, 2:52
Song #8 – Christmas Treat, Julian Casablancas, 85 bpm, 2:50
The narrative can change to riding in a light snow through NY as resistance is added and cadence is lowered to 85 RPMs from 100.
