I like this remixed classic for team intervals, with good vibes passed back and forth between the two teams! The beat kicks in around the 1-minute mark, giving the coach time to set up the expectations and to divide the room.

Perform five rounds of 30 seconds each, seated on the beat at 90–95 easy rpm when your team is not working. When the first team starts, the prescription is to add resistance and push above the beat of the music (105 rpm or less) at a challenging intensity. Then, after 30 seconds has passed, return to the beat, decrease the resistance, and send the good vibes over to the other team while they do the same. Go back and forth for the remainder of the song.

On the other side of these intervals, offer a generous recovery as the next track of your profile.

I am personally a big fan of classic rock in my class, but I try to find remixes to add fresh life to popular songs. This is one of my favorite go-tos, and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!
