My Miracle Cleanse! Share this with your students!

By Jennifer Sage On January 19, 2012 Under Nutrition

After years of trying so many different products, I finally found the perfect cleanse. But instead of me writing about it, I’m just going to reprint the information by the author (not the “creator” mind you) of this method. He is a fellow presenter at the FitnessFest in Scottsdale (as well as highly regarded trainer and presenter at many conferences). See if you agree with Brett:

My Miracle Cleanse
By Brett Klika

After years of searching, I’ve found it. The most effective tried and true “cleanse” in the world. This revelation carries good news and bad news for the American public. The good news? If you do it right, this miracle program will have you looking, feeling, and performing at the top of your game for the rest of your life. The bad news? Well, if you don’t change your habits with diet and exercise you’re going to stay disgustingly overweight and unhealthy. Want to find out more? Read on!

The program works by eliminating toxins from our body. Cutting edge research has found that by not putting toxins into our body, we do not become toxic (gasp!). Very similar to avoiding a cobra bite by not playing with a cobra! Just like we tell young children not to eat stuff off the ground, if you don’t know what something is or where it’s been, don’t put it in your mouth. Read ingredients. If an ingredient ends in -ate, -tol, -ide, or you recognize it not from the grocery store, but 9th grade chemistry class, don’t put it in your mouth. Try to know where your food comes from. Eat organic. As far as everything else, this cleanse uses a patented formula called “don’t play stupid”. You know that alcohol, cigarettes, and sugar aren’t good for you. Consuming next to nothing when it comes to these is very “cleansing”. Nature has provided us with great food to eat. “Dig” in!

Now that we’ve stopped or slowed the flow of toxins into our body, we have to get rid of the ones that we already have. Your body gets rid of bad stuff by breathing, sweating, and going to the bathroom. To expedite the detox process, breath more, sweat more, and go to the bathroom more! Breathing and sweating are side-effects of exercise. Do as much as possible every day. Drinking water constantly and eating lots of fruits and vegetables help you go to the bathroom like a champion!

Putting toxins into your body and doing nothing to get them out makes you a cesspool. Start the Miracle Cleanse today!

I had someone put it to me this way last week.

“If your food doesn’t go bad then it’s bad for you, but if your food can go bad then it’s good for you.”

Pretty simple mantra, but pretty accurate when you think about the amount of preservatives and artificial substances in our food.

Love this! Here’s another quote that’s been going around FB this week:
“The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine, or the slowest form of poison.” – Dr. Ann Wigmore, ND
(Don’t know how accurate the source is, but it’s a good quote nonetheless!)
