Free video feed of Cycling Fusion launch (or come join us live!)

By Jennifer Sage On October 18, 2011 Under Continuing Ed and Events, Outdoor Cycling, Virtual Rides

This weekend I am traveling to the brand new Cycling Fusion headquarters in Pittsburgh to help them with the grand opening of their new facility and the official launch of the digital Cycling Fusion library.

We need riders! Would you like to come ride with us and be featured on upcoming videos? Oh, and learn from the Masters while you’re at it?! 😉

Friday night is the official launch, with rides led by Gene Nacey, Tom Scotto and me. These classes are a small fee if you come in person and will be available to watch live online for free. Thursday evening I am teaching 3 classes (two are 60-min, one is 45 min) to be videoed for the digital library.

If you are in or near the Pittsburgh area, please register for any of the following rides.

Thursday rides (with Jennifer – no charge for these sessions – it’s like free Master Classes! Do your best to try to join us!)
4:00 – 4:45 Pedaling skills and drills
5:00 – 6:00 Crossing the Threshold
7:00 – 8:00 Ramp it Up (3-2-1 Intervals)

Friday evening classes (small fee if in person, free if registering to view the live broadcast).
These three classes are designed to expose the indoor/outdoor cycling world to the Cycling Fusion concept – beginner to advanced, 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
5:30 – 6:00 Gene Nacey: Acclimation – Get a New Start (an intro for first timers or less fit students. Instructors – you may want to watch or ride this one to learn more about how to teach introductory classes)
6:15 – 7:00 Jennifer Sage – Extended Strength and Endurance (a HR pyramid)
7:15 – 8:15 Tom Scotto – Advanced class (Tom will be discussing power)

For any of these classes (free or paid) you must first register online – it’s free to create an account). You also click on that link to register to view the live broadcast for Friday night. Once you register, you will be sent the link to view it.

I hope to see you there! Or at least, I hope to hear from you after you’ve had a chance to view the live broadcast.

If we’re unable to watch the live broadcast, will there be a link to view it later?
