I will be at PabloFitness in New York City for an Indoor Cycling Association Training Weekend May 11th – 13th. Come experience a focused weekend of science and cycling-based education to raise your knowledge of heart rate training and coaching to the next level. Register for one session, one day or the entire weekend. Or just come ride a Master Class with me on Friday night! I would be thrilled to have the opportunity to ride with you!

Free video feed of Cycling Fusion launch (or come join us live!)

This weekend I am traveling to the brand new Cycling Fusion headquarters in Pittsburgh to help them with the grand opening of their new facility and the official launch of the digital Cycling Fusion library.

We need riders! Would you like to come ride with us and be featured on upcoming videos? Oh, and learn from the Masters while you’re at it?! 😉

Friday night is the official launch, with rides led by Gene Nacey, Tom Scotto and me. These classes are a small fee if you come in person and will be available to watch live online for free. Thursday evening I am teaching 3 classes (two are 60-min, one is 45 min) to be videoed for the digital library.
